HIT ENTERTAINMENT
My role was to look after and oversee the consumer publicity for the UK across all of HIT’s portfolio of brands which include Bob the Builder, Thomas and Friends, Barney,Angelina Ballerina, Pingu and Fireman Sam.
Working closely with live events, publishing, home entertainment, programming and consumer products team, my role was to implement brand initiatives, announce brand partnerships and work closely with licensee’s and affiliated charities to generate maximum awareness and retain brand values.
In addition to PR, creating and maintaining press packs, updating events calendars, submitting and researching awards shows was key and attending trade shows like MIPCOM, Brand Licensing and Toy Fair.
HASBRO
Whilst working for Hasbro, I was responsible for generating high impact consumer campaigns for the following toys included Furby Boom and Monopoly Empire which were both within the top 10 toys of 2013.
Creating launch parties and events, managing celeb seeding, product drops to key media and placeing reviews, features and gift guides with top tier medi was key.Key event management included a live Monopoly Empire treasure hunt in London, birth of a new species at London Zoo and Nerf Centurion press party.
